Postage & Returns

Thank you so much for your purchase and I really hope that your happy with your goodies. You do however have every right to change your mind or if you're not happy with anything, you can return it to me for a refund.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so I can check it out and make it right.

To start your return your, please email hello@mariainthewood.co.uk and you'll be sent a returns form which you need to print and include in the box, along with all of the original packaging. Please note, you will be responsible for all return postage charges and it's a good idea to get proof of postage as you're responsible for the goods until they arrive back here.

All returns must be postmarked within 28 days of the delivery date and the packaging must be in new and unused condition.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item(s), I'll process your return or refund. Please allow at least 10 days from the receipt of your item and I'll notify you by email when your return or refund has been processed.

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
