Little Pumpkin loves autumn! He spends his days collecting colourful leaves, acorns, pinecones and little autumn treasures in his basket. One of his favourite things to do is turn his wonderful finds into beautiful Autumn garlands.

Make your own Autumn Garland

… and now you can too … Gather your leaves, thread them together and make your very own autumn garland, just like Little Pumpkin!

With my sweet seasonal download, you can print leaves, pinecones, acorns and foliage ready to cut out and make.

YOU WILL NEED: My Autumn Garland Download Scissors Hole Reinforcement Stickers Length of Twine/String Wool or thread to attach the leaves optional - Craft Knife and Cutting Board INSTRUCTIONS: Print out the sheets and loosely cut around them. There are 50 different elements, from simple leaves to more fiddly foliage and acorns.

At the end of each stem is a loop for a hole punch hole. The easiest one to use is a single punch.

Once punched add a ring reinforcer sticker on the back.

Then cut out the leaves, taking care around the loop hole.

The acorns, pinecones and foliage are a bit more fiddly with some bits that need to be cut with a knife.

When you have all your paper pieces ready cut thread into aprox. 10cm strips. I used 7cm and they were quite fiddly to tie.

Get your long twine and string it up either where you want it to be or somewhere easy to make it. Starting at the centre, using the short strings tie each of the cut outs along the string. Depending on how many you have cut and how long you want your garland, space them out in a random selection of leaves, acorns, pinecones and foliage. I have about 2cm gap between them on mine. I worked a few on one side and then the other until I had used them all up.

Remember, if you are using longer tie-on threads, trim them off if you feel they are too long.

Remember, keep enough twine at the end to be able to attach it to where you want it to hang if its not already in place.
